This was a special cake for my little girl, Eliana Gittel, who adores unicorns!

the inside looked like this...and its not so often that I get to actually enjoy one of my cakes and I have to say it was DELISH!

Here she is...I surprised her with it and she was speechless! she loved the unicorn and that her horn lit up!

Michael surprised his wife rachel with this awesome graduation cake! she is now an ENT. the stork was added because she is expecting. The cake is red velvet with vanilla frosting! 

Judith HAD to get coby this helmet upsherin cake! He loves sports and can sit through a whole game!

Ariel was turning three and as you can tell loves trains!

Miriam needed a cake for her baby girls kiddush, even though the baby was already 6 months! its never too late to have a party! the design was based on the paper goods she was using at the kiddush!

One of my favorite and frequent customers ordered this cake for her brother's in law baby's bris! the carriage was chocolate cake the canopy was vanilla and the cupcakes were red velvet. this cake was so big i couldn't get it to fit in my huge fridge. and of course it was a really humid day so the fondant was not happy! 

This one is G-R-R-reat. Vicky couldnt decide on what cake to surprise her husband with. he likes sports, he makes people laugh and hes an accountant. But he looves his frosted flakes! The bowl is a replica of his cereal bowl. Happy Birthday Elan!

Monster Madness

Monsters was the theme at my nephew, shlomo's first birthday party! each monster was a different flavor. the kids and adults were in love with these cakes and matching cookies.

This is another version of the popular upsherin cake made to match a black and purple theme.

 "cake computer"

I have never met anyone before who is more obsessed with lego than Dovid, which is why this was the perfect cake for him! wish I had a picture of his face when he first saw it. (i'm still aching from the hug)

Liz called and said her mom loves roses so instead of the traditional arrangement we decided to go with an edible version!

i know what you're thinking..what does mickey mouse have to do with a bmw? well i just follow orders and when inbal said she needed a BMW x5 and a mickey mouse holding a bottle of vodka i didnt ask questions. It is by far the hardest cake to carve and takes hours to apply details! the cake board is black fondant and to give it a tar look i pressed poppy seeds into it.

this was a very special personal cake for my fathers 55th birthday! though his main hobby is fishing  grilling is definatly up there. most of our occasions at home are celebrated with a really good BBQ whether its a really hot day in the summer or a snowstorm in the winter! Happy Birthday Ta!
